Job summary

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or retail.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to multi task on busy shifts.
• Ability to identify operational issues and support problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store operations.
• Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Perform on-shelf availability, pricing updates, and planogram validation.
• Open/close responsibilities in designated stores and manage cash handling.
• Review reports and ensure accuracy of front end and pharmacy on-hand balances.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, scans, and inventory postings with pharmacy oversight.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across stockroom, floor, and backroom areas.
• Coach team on inventory systems usage and drive a positive customer experience.
