Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens work experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Historically rated as “Achieving expectations” on last performance review (internal candidates).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Validate planograms and ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing using reports and systems.
• Manage pricing activities: price changes, markdowns, and markdown deletions; maintain proper signage.
• Lead front end and pharmacy ordering, monitor pharmacy manual orders for excesses, and maintain inventory accuracy across departments.
• Assist in inventory-related tasks such as recalls, vendor returns, and interstore transfers when applicable.
• Serve as leader on duty in designated stores with cash handling and POS responsibilities.
