Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory Management professional to oversee store and pharmacy inventory, including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns. You will help ensure On-Shelf Availability and accurate planograms while supporting front end and pharmacy operations.

In this role, you will train team members on inventory systems, assist with warehouse deliveries, and uphold asset protection standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans in all deliveries while the vendor is still in the store, focusing on One Box receiving.
• Under pharmacist supervision, verifies pharmacy shipments and postings for stock and recalls.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes for planogrammed departments and vendor/DSD operations.
• Supports inventory records, pricing tasks, and returns across front end and pharmacy.
