Job summary

The position requires English fluency, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to multi‑task while maintaining high accuracy in inventory and pricing. Training and shop floor leadership duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and execute.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform pricing, returns, and planogram validation.
• Open/close duties in designated stores and handle basic cash and POS tasks.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by greeting and assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Support front end and pharmacy ordering, stock management, and vendor communications.
