Job summary

Anne Arundel County Office of Personnel is seeking a CMMS/Data Management Specialist to manage asset inventory, maintenance records, and KPI reporting for the Utilities Bureau. You will train staff, generate dashboards, and collaborate with VueWorks, Maximo, and SAP to ensure data integrity.

The role involves field data collection, data entry, and working with multiple teams to improve CMMS processes and reporting capabilities across water and wastewater facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in public/business administration or related field and 2+ years of CMMS or program management experience.
• Experience with CMMS data management, reporting and KPI development desired.
• Knowledge of asset management concepts and data quality assurance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMMS data entry, field data collection, and asset data validation.
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for asset management activities.
• Provide user training and support for CMMS applications and SOP compliance.
• Interface with vendors for CMMS patches, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Develop data standards and SOPs to ensure data normalization across systems.
