Wasatch Labs in Draper, UT seeks an organized Accounts Payable Clerk to manage invoice processing, coding, and timely payments. You will perform three-way matching, maintain vendor records, and handle communications with vendors and internal departments.

Strong Excel/Outlook skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate bookkeeping and timely month-end activities. The role requires a high school diploma with a preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting; ERP experience is a plus.

• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries with accuracy.

Company:Wasatch LabsResponsibilities:Perform three-way match for purchase orders, goods received and vendor invoices.Coding and entering supplier invoices into ERP system.Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues with vendors and internal departments.Monitor accounts payable email inboxes/mailbox daily.
