• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries with accuracy.

• Perform three-way match for PO, goods received and vendor invoices.
• Enter and code supplier invoices into ERP and monitor payment status.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
