Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e-commerce, based in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The Inventory Analyst role involves maintaining inventory records, liaising with internal/external customers, and ensuring special requirements are executed.

You will monitor cycle counts and generate reports to drive inventory improvements. Key tasks include maintaining cycle count records, coordinating with the Inventory Control Manager and team, and ensuring accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Inventory control documentation, procedures.
• Previous inventory administrator experience in a 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from SAP systems.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor and Cycle Counters.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting and documentation on inventory and productivity.
• Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, and coordinate transactions across systems.
