1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. seeks an Inventory Coordinator in Jericho, NY to monitor movement and availability across the supply chain, ensuring product availability while minimizing discrepancies.

You will partner with Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain accuracy. You will use Oracle and Excel to prepare reports, track receipts and transfers, and support promotional activity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, purchasing, or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas) and experience with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movement, levels, and availability daily using Oracle and internal reports.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, PO reports, shipment files, and other operations reporting.
• Track inbound receipts, outbound transfers, and transactions to keep systems accurate.
• Identify shortages, delays, discrepancies, and overselling risks, communicating with partners.
• Coordinate with planners, merchandisers, warehouse ops, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
• Perform reconciliations, month-end reporting, and inventory maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with high data integrity.
