Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct Inventory Control or cycle counting experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills for cross-functional resolution.
• Ability to work in a split office/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory issues and report on physical flow and system status.
• Support material plan execution and reconcile inventory results with financial records.
• Perform routine ERP/MRP data integrity audits.
• Support surplus controls and physical inventory counts.
• Generate weekly reports to forecast and track inventory metrics.
