Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in supply chain, replenishment, inventory coordination, or production planning.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP systems proficiency.
• Excellent communication across functions and locations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records in ERP and replenishment systems (POs, receipts, inventory).
• Monitor inventory at plants and warehouses; coordinate replenishment orders.
• Handle sample order requests as the primary supply chain contact.
• Support production scheduling with material availability.
• Communicate daily with plant operations, procurement, and logistics.
• Track and expedite purchase orders; escalate delays as needed.
• Prepare reports on inventory, supplier performance, and usage trends.
• Support demand planning with timely data.
• Collaborate with transport partners to ensure delivery of materials.
