Advocate Health Care's Good Shepherd Hospital seeks a Manager Invasive Cardiology & IR Services to provide 24‑hour administrative and clinical leadership. You will oversee the structural heart program, coordinate resources, and partner with physicians to drive growth and high‑quality patient care.

The role requires bachelor’s degree, 2 years of management or 4 years clinical cardiology experience, and IL RN/RT licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree. 2 years management or 4 years clinical experience in cardiology. RN or RT licensure in IL, BLS.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Plans staffing based on patient volumes and acuity; maintains 24 hour responsibility for areas.
• Oversees procedure charging to optimize reimbursement and CPT code changes.
• Monitors quality, safety and patient satisfaction; supports care management per hospital protocols.
• Partners with data registries and providers to meet registry targets.
• Develops and enforces policies to ensure compliant, well‑functioning operations.
