Responsibilities

• Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations and services to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Assumes 24 hour responsibility for assigned areas and divisional coverage as necessary.
• Maintains effective working relationships with internal and external contacts, participates in committees and projects.
• Prepares and administers annual budgets; monitors expenditures and justifies variances.
