Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Nurse Manager for Invasive Cardiology Services to provide strategic, clinical, operational, and financial leadership for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, EP Laboratory, and IR nursing services.

You will ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship while collaborating with physicians, staff, and hospital leadership to achieve excellence in cardiovascular and interventional services.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license; specialty certification preferred (RCIS, CVRN, CCRN or NE-BC).
• 3–5 years progressive nursing experience in Cardiac Cath, EP or IR areas.
• 2–3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, regulatory standards and quality management.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, development and performance management within budgets.
• Lead standards of nursing care practice and quality initiatives.
• Develop and monitor unit budgets and variance reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, APs, staff and leadership across departments.
• Ensure credentialing, certifications and regulatory compliance for the unit.
