Job summary

Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital is seeking a Manager of Invasive Cardiology & IR Services to provide 24-hour administrative and clinical leadership within the Cardiology department. The role includes oversight of the structural heart program, budgeting, staffing, and coordination with providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, coordinating resources, ensuring accurate charging, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years previous management experience or 4 years previous clinical experience in cardiology.
• Current RN or RT Licensure in State of IL, BLS

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Plans staffing and resource utilization based on volumes and patient needs.
• Ensures proper charging of procedures and CPT code changes.
• Oversees quality, patient safety and satisfaction; supports care management per hospital protocols.
• Partner with physicians and staff to optimize care delivery and documentation.
