Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking an Interventional Nurse Manager to oversee nursing and support staff in interventional radiology and cardiology. The role includes supervision of RNs, radiologic techs, and CVTs, ensuring safe patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate staffing and patient care activities, drive evidence-based practice adoption, and manage operational budgets in collaboration with the OR Director. This position reports to the OR Director.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Oregon RN license; BLS and ACLS.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year IR or Cath Lab supervisory/coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interventional staffing and patient care activities.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance for the interventional team.
• Manage operational and fiscal aspects of the interventional area.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to RNs, Rad Techs, and CVTs.
• Collaborate with Radiology, Cardiology, and OR leadership to optimize patient care workflows.
