Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a technical authority in modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune within a highly regulated government environment. You will lead a 3+ person team, migrate from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune, and ensure Zero Trust alignment and secure configurations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune including compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and enrollment (required).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or comparable modern-desktop certification.
• DoD 8140 (8570) compliance at appropriate IAT/IAM level for the role.
• Experience leading migrations from legacy client-management tools (e.g., SCCM) to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians, including mentoring and career-growth planning.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Translates legacy client-management baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during large-scale migrations.
• Designs, deploys, and troubleshoots automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch enrollment).
• Applies scripting and Graph API-driven automation for Intune packaging, policy deployment, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Performs root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and application deployment errors; escalation point for complex incidents.
• Applies knowledge of Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust alignment for a highly regulated government environment.
