Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior endpoint management lead to drive Intune-based device and app management in a highly regulated government environment. You will manage a 3+ person team and mentor staff while migrating from SCCM to Intune.

You will collaborate with security and service desk to enforce Zero Trust, develop runbooks, and ensure enrollment, policy deployment, and compliance across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune (policies, deployment, enrollment).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140 compliance at the appropriate IAT/IAM level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows/iOS/Android/macOS.
• Translate legacy baselines into modern Intune profiles during migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment issues and escalation for complex incidents.
• Apply Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust controls in a regulated gov environment.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews.
