Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior Intune expert to lead enterprise endpoint management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS with a DoD security lens. You will mentor a 3+ person team, drive migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune, and optimize enrollment workflows using Graph API automation.

The role emphasizes zero-trust policy alignment and advanced troubleshooting to keep mission-critical devices compliant and secure.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Expert hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune (policies, profiles, enrollment).
DoD 8140/IAT/IAM level compliance for the role.
Experience leading migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
Experience mentoring and developing a team of 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
Translate legacy baselines and GPOs into modern Intune configurations during migrations.
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch).
Apply scripting and Graph API automation for packaging, deployment, and reporting.
Conduct root-cause analysis for enrollment and deployment issues; serve as escalation point.
Align Intune with Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust in a regulated environment.
Develop migration runbooks, runbooks, and documentation; mentor staff on best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews.
