Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior Endpoint Management Lead to own Microsoft Intune deployments across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS in a regulated government environment.

You will mentor a team of 3+ technicians, drive migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune, and align configurations with Zero Trust and conditional access. Strong DoD clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune including policies and enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM compliance for the role.
• Experience leading migrations from SCCM to Intune.
• Proven leadership of a 3+ technician team.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies and security baselines across devices.
• Translate legacy baselines into modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Designs and troubleshoots automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Apply Graph API-driven automation for packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment failures and policy conflicts; escalation point for incidents.
• Align Intune configurations with Zero Trust in a regulated government environment.
• Develop migration runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians.
