Job summary

ASM Research is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Lead to drive the design and optimization of Microsoft Intune strategies in a highly regulated environment. You will oversee policy creation, enrollment workflows, and device deployments across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS, while mentoring a team of 3+ technicians.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance and hands-on Intune expertise, plus migration experience from SCCM to Intune, and collaboration with security and service

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune (policies, enrollment, app deployment).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM compliance at appropriate level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians with mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across devices.
• Migrate legacy baselines and GPOs to Intune configuration and compliance profiles.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enrollment workflows (Autopilot, ADE, zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for Intune packaging and deployment.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment or deployment issues; escalation point.
• Align Intune with Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust in a regulated env.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ technicians; conduct performance reviews.
