Maricopa County is seeking an Intune Mobile Support Specialist to provide frontline support for iOS, Android, and Windows devices within the Enterprise Technology & Innovation department. You will troubleshoot mobile issues, ensure secure configurations, and support enrollment workflows to keep devices compliant and productive.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in computer/mobile device support or related roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, app deployment, and compliance.
• Experience supporting end-users in a mobile environment and using ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and daily administration for Intune-managed mobile devices.
• Handle device setup issues, policy application failures, and remediation of non-compliance.
• Assist with enrollment workflows and provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
• Deploy and update mobile apps through Intune and verify app compliance.
• Create documentation and provide end-user training on mobility best practices.
