Job summary

Maricopa County's Enterprise Technology & Innovation department seeks an Intune Mobile Support Specialist to provide frontline support for iOS, Android, and Windows devices. This role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, secure mobility, and delivering responsive end-user help across the county workforce.

You will collaborate with Intune admins, implement enrollment workflows with Apple Business Manager and DEP, deploy apps, enforce compliance policies, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in computer/network maintenance and support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and device enrollment.
• Experience supporting end-users in a mobile environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and daily Intune management for mobile devices.
• Handle device setup, policy application, and remediation.
• Support enrollment workflows with Apple Business Manager and DEP.
• Deploy and update mobile apps via Intune and ensure app compliance.
• Create and maintain technical docs and SOPs.
• Train end users and IT staff on mobility best practices.
• Coordinate with carrier teams for line activations and device provisioning.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 security and infrastructure teams.
