Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior endpoint management lead to drive Intune policy design, deployment, and optimization across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS in a regulated government environment.

You will mentor a team of 3+ technicians, migrate from SCCM/ConfigMgr and GPO to modern Intune configurations, and coordinate with security to uphold Zero Trust and compliance while delivering reliable device enrollment and application deployment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune including policies, profiles, app deployment, and enrollment is required.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM compliance at appropriate level.
• Experience migrating from legacy tools (SCCM) to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians with mentoring and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Translate legacy baselines and GPOs to modern Intune configuration during migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Apply Graph API-driven automation for packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment and deployment issues; act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with security and other teams to align with Zero Trust and compliance.
• Develop migration runbooks, technical docs, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ technicians including performance reviews.
