Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a stable desktop platform across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot Windows issues using WinDbg and logs.
• Support capacity planning, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with on-site and offshore teams for global users.
• Document incident and problem analyses for major disruptions.
