Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior endpoint management leader to drive Microsoft Intune deployment and ongoing optimization across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS in a highly regulated government environment.

You will mentor a team of 3+ technicians, migrate from SCCM/ConfigMgr and GPO-based management to Intune, and ensure Zero Trust alignment while delivering robust enrollment workflows and advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune (policies, apps, enrollment).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM compliance at the appropriate level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Microsoft Intune policies and baselines across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Translate legacy client-management baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during large-scale migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API-driven automation for Intune packaging, policy deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and app deployment errors.
• Align Intune configurations with Zero Trust and conditional access in a highly regulated government environment.
• Develop migration runbooks, rollback procedures, technical docs, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians; conduct performance reviews.
