Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior Intune Administrator to lead modern endpoint management in a highly regulated environment. You will design, deploy, and optimize device and app management using Microsoft Intune, guiding a team of 3+ technicians and migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to modern policies.

This role requires DoD Secret clearance, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certification, and experience with Graph API automation, Autopilot, and zero-touch

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune including compliance policies and enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM level compliance.
• Experience leading migrations from SCCM to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Migrate legacy client-management configurations to modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for Intune packaging, policy deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and deployment errors.
• Align Intune configurations with Zero Trust using Entra ID conditional access.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews.
