Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior endpoint management lead to drive Intune strategy and deployment for a highly regulated environment. You will manage policies, enrollment workflows, and interoperability with security teams across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune (policies, profiles, app deployment, enrollment).
• M365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM compliance at appropriate level.
• Experience leading migrations from SCCM to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage Intune policies and baselines across Windows, iOS, Android, macOS devices.
• Migrate legacy client-management baselines to modern Intune configurations.
• Design and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, ADE, zero-touch).
• Automate tasks with Graph API and scripting for packaging, deployment, and reporting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment and deployment issues; act as escalation point.
• Apply Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust controls in a regulated environment.
• Create runbooks, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead and develop a 3+ technician team with performance reviews.
