The role oversees 3+ technicians, mentors staff, and leads migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune, translating baselines into modern profiles while coordinating with security, networking and service desk to sustain Zero Trust compliance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on Intune administration: policies, deployment, enrollment.
• Relevant Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certification.
• DoD 8140 compliance at appropriate IAT/IAM level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Proven leadership of 3+ technicians with mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, macOS.
• Translate legacy baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch).
• Apply Graph API automation for packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment issues; escalation point for complex incidents.
• Support Zero Trust via Entra ID conditional access and compliance policies.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians; conduct reviews.
