Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company in Lincoln, NE, seeks an experienced Intune Endpoint Administrator to design, deploy, and optimize modern mobile device management for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS within a highly regulated environment.

You will migrate from SCCM/ConfigMgr and GPO to Intune, create runbooks, troubleshoot enrollment, and ensure Zero Trust alignment with security controls. DoD Secret clearance and relevant certs required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including policies, deployment, and enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
• DoD 8140 (8570) compliance at IAT/IAM level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Leadership of a 3+ technician team with mentoring and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Migrate legacy baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment, policy, and deployment issues; escalate complex incidents.
• Align Intune configurations with Zero Trust and conditional access in a regulated government environment.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews.
