Job summary

The Retrofit Process and Software Consultant at TGW Logistics supports the LTS Sales team by ensuring that TGW solutions can be implemented and operated within a client’s existing WCS and WMS environment. You will first interface with the client’s Project Lead, IT, and Operations to analyze current distribution processes and use that analysis to confirm project viability and optimize upgrades.

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of software systems, IT architecture, and experience

Qualifications

• Understanding of software systems and IT architecture.
• Ability to map operational activities to software requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Material Handling equipment and supply chain software packages.
• Experience implementing highly-automated intralogistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supports the LTS Sales team by ensuring TGW solutions are implementable and operable within a client’s WCS/WMS.
• Interacts with Project Lead, IT, and Operations to analyze current distribution processes.
• Develops process maps, detailed requirements, and feature set documents.
• Creates WCS/WMS scope split documents.
• Collaborates on software designs with the integration team and IT infrastructure designs.
