Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse automation, supply chain engineering, or solutions design.
• Proficiency with data analysis and Excel; ability to interpret operational data.

Responsibilities

• Execute simulation experiments using established TGW models.
• Validate proposed solutions against performance and operational requirements.
• Perform sensitivity analyses across varying demand profiles and scenarios.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
• Communicate simulation results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solutions Designers throughout design and validation processes.
• Support customer presentations with clear data-driven insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of simulation methodologies.
