TGW Systems Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Controls Consultant to manage, create and deliver controls solutions and pricing for bids on Direct Sales and Retrofit projects. You will support Sales and Design teams, ensuring solutions align with company standards and deviations are reviewed for suitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent) and at least five years in intralogistics/automation. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience with intralogistics systems and automation.
• Experience designing and delivering controls systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-time delivery of the controls solution and costing for US bids (direct sales and retrofit).
• Create and update KPIs to measure sales costs vs actual costs.
• Manage project risk registers for assigned projects.
• Coordinate among customers, implementation teams, and suppliers.
• Support controls discussions with customers or suppliers as required.
• Provide specification and clarification of control interfaces to third-party works.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Handover project solution and costs to Controls PM team.
