Job summary

Coloplast in Memphis is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (Interventional Urology - Men's Health) to drive sales growth by managing a defined territory and engaging with urology customers. You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with key decision-makers, and support product lines through clinical and commercial activities.

The role involves travel (30-50%), on-site collaboration with healthcare professionals, and adherence to regulatory and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license; travel 30-50%
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Represent Coloplast in procedures and operating room settings while adhering to protocols.
