Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager for Interventional Urology in Charlotte, NC. You will drive sales growth by engaging surgeons and healthcare professionals, executing strategic plans, and leveraging Coloplast’s implantable and single-use devices.

You will build strong relationships with key decision makers, perform clinical discussions, and collaborate across functions to maximize territory opportunities while meeting ethical standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 2 year associates with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 7+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years successful medical sales experience selling to physicians.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Proficient in relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Proficient in interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Analyze key sales and marketing data to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Understand customers' environment and key decision makers to address issues and opportunities for Coloplast.
• Advance the sales process to achieve product-line targets.
• Maintain CRM and administrative duties including sales reporting and forecasting.
• Travel 30-50% as required.
