Interventional Technologists work alongside physicians to assist with minimally invasive, image‑guided vascular procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, placement of drainage catheters and more. Using cutting edge devices and fluoroscopic guidance to capture images of blood vessels for neuro, vascular, and interventional radiographical procedures. Treating a variety of patients in real time makes a life changing difference.
Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology Program required. New Jersey State Department of Environmental Protection licensure as a Diagnostic Radiography Technologist required. Member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Completion of BLS certification.
Previous practical experience as a staff Radiologic Technologist and/or Cardiovascular Technician experience.
