Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth by assisting sales activities, coordinating with experienced reps, and engaging with healthcare professionals in operating rooms, office-based, and procedural care settings.

You will provide product education to surgeons and staff, manage inventory and case preparation, and help drive customer relationships while building a foundation for a long-term career in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory including customer sites, healthcare facilities, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in ORs, offices, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
