Job summary

Stryker in New York State is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to begin a medical device sales career. You will partner with experienced Sales Representatives to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth across ORs and clinics.

In this field-based role you gain exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development within a global leader in medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting sales activities and account management.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Manage inventory levels and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales activities and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and develop accounts.
• Participate in product training and apply knowledge to customer education.
