Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative to promote and sell spine products in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and clinics, demonstrate value, and drive territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of medical sales or B2B experience, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years in medical sales or B2B is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate value.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and staff about proper use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed.
