Job summary

Stryker in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth in interventional spine. You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative, assist with clinical procedures, and educate healthcare professionals to optimize product use.

This field-based role offers exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management as you build a foundation for long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in ORs, offices, and procedural settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive experiences.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
