Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in New York to support experienced colleagues and drive territory growth in a field-based medical device role. You will assist with sales activities, support clinical procedures, and help educate customers across OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.

The position offers exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for a long-term career in medical technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office‑based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
