Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Los Angeles is seeking a Field-based Associate Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals and drive territory growth in Interventional Spine products. You will partner with experienced Sales Representatives to engage customers, assist with clinical procedures, and help manage accounts while building foundational sales and clinical skills.

This hands-on role offers exposure to medical devices, OR environments, and patient care settings, with travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
