Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support our Interventional Spine portfolio across a defined territory. You will collaborate with experienced sales professionals to drive territory growth, assist with product evaluations, and engage with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff in clinical settings.

This field-based role offers exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management, with travel required to customer sites and facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales/field sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work, athletics, academics, military, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or B2B sales environments.
• Experience supporting customers in fast-paced, team-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and a positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
