Job summary

Stryker Group in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support field-based medical device sales and assist experienced representatives. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate product evaluations and drive territory growth in Interventional Spine offerings.

The role involves direct support to surgeons, nurses, and clinicians, with focus on clinical environments, OR settings, and account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales or a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work, athletics, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or B2B sales environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
