This role emphasizes a strong customer focus, mobility, and the ability to educate clinicians on product use. You should have 5+ years in outside medical device sales or a Bachelor’s Degree with related experience; travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred).
• Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker IVS products to meet customer needs in Interventional Spine.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value of products.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager, striving to exceed goals.
• Assist clients on-site, applying product knowledge to solve problems and instruct staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service and readiness to support customers as needed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced field-based role while advancing Stryker’s mission to improve healthcare.
