Job summary

The Stryker Group is seeking an Interventional Spine Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team in Idaho. You will cover cases, evaluate products, and support marketing and sales of Stryker products in surgical and office settings.

You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, exceed sales targets, and communicate effectively with the regional sales team. This role is commission-based with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in outside sales or a bachelor's degree.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Provide Stryker product knowledge and training to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences.
• Promote and sell Stryker products.
• Track territory progress and report to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate the value of our products to customers.
• Resolve product issues onsite and educate medical staff.
• Aim to exceed sales goals and metrics.
