Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Fort Myers, FL, to support territory growth and customer engagement across medical settings. You will work with experienced sales professionals to assist with clinical procedures, product evaluations, and education for surgeons, nurses, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
