Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support the Orlando territory in a field-based role. You will partner with experienced Sales Representatives to engage healthcare professionals, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth.

In Interventional Spine, you’ll support product evaluations, educate clinicians, and manage inventory and accounts. Travel ~20% with a starting salary of $70,000 and potential bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.
• Field sales and customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations and clinical procedures.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales activities and maintain account information for reporting.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development.
