Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform imaging and support complex procedures. The role includes positioning patients, acquiring high-quality images, and collaborating with radiologists to ensure patient safety and accurate interpretation.

Schedule features four 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday with shared and rotated on-call for overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Formación

• Must have attended an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registered and in good standing with licensing authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Position and immobilize patient for imaging with minimal dose while ensuring correct projection.
• Operate radiographic equipment and acquire DSA/DA images; transmit to PACS for interpretation.
• Assist interventional radiology procedures and maintain sterile technique and patient safety.
• Prepare exam rooms, maintain equipment, and support a safe, efficient workflow.
• Maintain on-call coverage and respond promptly to emergent procedures within required timeframes.
• Explain procedures to patients and families; ensure clear communication and documentation.
