Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in South Carolina seeks an experienced Interventional Radiology support professional to assist physicians, operate radiology equipment, prepare rooms, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

You will manage inventory, document procedures, maintain medical records integrity, and uphold CQI standards while complying with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years related experience desirable.
• 1 year experience preferred for Candidates with ARRT.
• Working knowledge of interventional equipment (including C-Arm and Ultrasound).
• Experience with interventional procedures, using/ordering/maintaining required materials/supplies for each procedure.
• Knowledge and experience of sterile techniques.
• Knowledge of universal precautions and personal protective devices to be utilized when operating radiology systems.
• Successfully complete BLS certification.
• Experience with monitoring and maintaining inventory.
• Proficient in the use of computers and related software such as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
